A little about us.

We have been doing document automation since the 1998 and have worked with thousands of clients.

Over that time we grew frustrated with the products that were available because either they couldn’t do what our clients were asking of us or it was way to hard to do things that our clients were asking of us.

This is the reason we developed Knackly.  So that people who wanted to extend the boundaries of what they can do with documents can be accomplished as quickly and as easily as possible.

The reality is you are looking for a document automation software solution and there are a number of options out there to choose from.  You have ones that handle just simple document to the ones that handle complex documents but are too hard to use.

With Knackly you have a partner that can grow with you.  You may start out with simple documents but as you get into automating your documents you will likely find that you want to do some more complicated tasks that aren’t available in other products and you want to know that you can do those tasks.

For this reason we have created this quick survey that you can use to help you determine if Knackly is the solution you need.

Take the Survey

  • Do you have specific language that includes one or many paragraphs that needs to come into the document based on a question being asked?

    Example: Contract where you have optional language like a Non-Compete clause

  • You have lists of people that you need to put in your documents like children, assets, etc.

    Listing all the individuals that are included in the document ie all the client’s children and potentially the grand children

  • Do you have signatures that may include multiple levels?

    Example: Contracts where a you have multiple companies on an agreement where multiple representatives from that company need to sign

  • Do you want to have a link on your website or have the ability to send your clients a link to fill out there information?

  • Would you like to have the ability to have multiple documents created at the same time and named appropriately?

  • Do you want to reuse information collected about individuals and use them in different roles?

    Examples

    Estate Planning – Selecting an executor from the children or other people that are a part of the plan.

  • Do you have simple to complex calculation that need to go into your documents?

What Next
