How does billing work?

We bill your credit card monthly or yearly on the anniversary date.

What is the length of the contract?

The length of the contract is determined by if a monthly or yearly price is selected.  There are no long-term contracts required.

Is there a limit to the number of users I can have on the app?

No, Knackly is able to handle the smallest offices and scales to 100s of users.

Is there an additional cost for external interviews?

Each external interview that is created uses 1 user license.  One external interview can run 50 new apps per month per user.  Additional pricing applies for additional interviews.  Call sales for pricing if you think you will need more than 50 new apps per month.

Do you have a HotDocs™ conversion tool?

We are currently working on a tool that will convert HotDocs™ templates to Knackly automated documents.
