Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the standards and expectations for the proper use of the Company’s Services. Its purpose is to ensure that all Customers use the Services responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with Company standards.
2. Compliance with Policies and Laws
Customers must use the Services only in full compliance with:
a. This Policy and any other published Company policies then in effect; and
b. All applicable laws, rules, and regulations at the local, state, federal, and international levels.
3. Monitoring and Enforcement
Although the Company is not obligated to monitor Customer activity, it reserves the right to:
a. Monitor use of the Services to ensure compliance with this Policy and applicable laws;
b. Investigate any suspected or alleged violations; and
c. Restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services if it believes a Customer’s use is, or is alleged to be, in violation of this Policy or applicable law.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customers are prohibited from using the Services to:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities;
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of the Services;
- Circumvent any technical controls or restrictions implemented by the Company; or
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5. Company Rights
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
