Amy Bernardon Joins Knackly Software

More expansion from the document, data, and process management company

Knackly, the Utah-based company, specializing in document automation software, has announced the hiring of automation consultant, Amy Bernardon. She will join the company, officially, November 1, 2020.

Amy’s duties include project management, onboarding, and close support for consulting customers, including HotDocs conversions. She has twenty years’ experience in the document creation space, with tenures at Stark & Stark and Goldberg Segalla, two large, multi-practice firms located in New Jersey and New York, respectively.

“My experience has taught me how to listen, learn, and understand the client’s needs to provide a solution that exceeds their expectations,” she said. “I’m able to translate what the client needs into a solution that permits them to focus on the legal issues, not the document-creation.”

Knackly was founded in 2018 by industry veterans Lowell Stewart and Kim Mayberry to provide “a better customer experience than offices were getting from the large corporations,” Mayberry said. “We pay more attention to customers and provide a better product. They’re responding with more business.”
